Services We Provide

NorthWorks Cedar Park Sunrooms provides sunroom installation, patio enclosures, screen rooms, and related outdoor structure services. All services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and timelines for our services, but actual results may vary based on site conditions, weather, and other factors beyond our control.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and our initial assessment. Final pricing may change if we discover additional work is needed once the project begins. We will notify you of any price changes before proceeding with additional work.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After 30 days, we may need to reassess pricing due to material cost changes or other factors.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before starting work and final payment upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply based on how much work has already been completed or materials that have been ordered. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been purchased or work has begun.

We understand that circumstances change, and we will work with you to find a fair solution whenever possible.

Your Responsibilities

As the property owner, you are responsible for ensuring that we have clear access to the work area and that all necessary permits are obtained. You must inform us of any known issues with your property that could affect the installation, such as underground utilities or structural concerns.

You are also responsible for removing any items from the work area that could be damaged during construction and for securing pets during our work hours.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work and offer warranties on both materials and labor. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your service agreement. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or natural disasters.

Manufacturer warranties on materials are passed through to you and are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.

Limitation of Liability

We carry appropriate insurance for our work, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, landscaping, or other property features that are not clearly marked or disclosed.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns about our services, please contact us directly so we can work together to resolve the issue. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will make every reasonable effort to address your concerns.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly will be handled according to Texas state law and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Williamson County, Texas.
